Because our soaps are handcrafted in small batches and meant for personal use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been made. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives fresh, unused products.


Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.
Exchanges may be possible depending on the quantity we have left in stock.

Buyers are responsible for all exchange-related costs, which may include:

  • Shipping fees (both ways)

  • Time and handling costs

  • Local travel or gas expenses (for in-person exchanges)

We’ll always do our best to make the process fair and transparent. Our goal is for you to be happy with your soaps while keeping our handmade process sustainable.


Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please let us know right away with a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll review it promptly and work with you on a replacement if applicable.


Final Note

All our soaps are handcrafted, cut, and packaged by hand, so small variations in color, scent, or size are completely normal and not considered defects. Each bar is unique — just like the person who uses it.
