Shipping & Pickup Information
All our soaps are lovingly handmade, wrapped, and packed from our little studio at home located in Canada. Every order is prepared with care to make sure your soaps arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Shipping Within Canada
At this time, we ship within Canada only.
Orders are sent via Chit Chat (a local courier) or Canada Post or another third party courier, depending on your location and order size.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your address and parcel weight.
We do our best to keep shipping costs fair — if there’s ever a difference of more than a few dollars, we’ll happily refund the extra postage.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (for trackable services). Delivery times vary depending on your province and postal service conditions.
Local Pickup
If you’re a friend, family member, or nearby customer, you’re warmly welcome to arrange a pickup directly with me.
Please contact me before placing your order to confirm availability and pickup time. We’ll schedule a safe and convenient handoff so you can get your soaps fresh.
Packaging & Sustainability
We pack each order with care using eco-friendly and recyclable materials whenever possible. Every bar is labeled according to the labeling act and wrapped for freshness, but we keep packaging simple to reduce waste.
Delays & Weather
Because we’re based in Canada, delivery times can occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or postal volume. Thank you for your patience — your soaps are worth the wait!
