Disclaimer
All our soaps are handcrafted using cold process (CP) technique in small batches using high-quality oils, butters, natural clays, and skin-safe colorants. Because our products are handmade and cut by hand, slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are part of their charm — no two bars are exactly alike.
Cold Process (CP) & Melt and Pour (MP) Soaps:
Some of our CP soaps may include a portion of Melt and Pour (MP) base for creative effects such as layers or embeds. This is purely aesthetic and does not affect soap quality or safety.
MP soaps naturally attract moisture from the air and may appear to “sweat” or form small water beads on the surface. This is completely normal and does not mean the soap has spoiled or gone bad. Simply store it in a cool, dry place, and the moisture will evaporate on its own.
Ingredients & Allergies:
Each product listing includes a full list of ingredients. Please read carefully before purchase or use. If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we recommend performing a small patch test on your inner arm before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Our products are made in a workspace that may handle nut oils, botanicals, and essential oils.
Colorants & Mica:
Some soaps contain mica pigments that may temporarily leave light color marks on white tubs or surfaces. These are surface stains only and can be easily cleaned with a mild cleanser or household cleaner.
Soap pH & Eye Contact:
Cold process soaps naturally have a slightly alkaline pH (around 8–10). This is what makes them cleansing and long-lasting. Because of this alkalinity, the soap may sting if it gets into your eyes — this is completely normal for true soap and not a defect. We do not claim that our soaps will not sting the eyes. If soap does enter the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
No Medical Claims:
Our soaps and skincare products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are for external use only.
Usage & Storage:
Our soaps are made for external use only.
To help your bar last longer, allow it to dry between uses on a well-draining soap dish. Keep unused bars in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or humidity.
By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the ingredient information and usage recommendations. Our company is not responsible for any individual reaction to a particular ingredient.
